Touch 'n Go Rebate, LPPL

It is really LPPL, when we all thought the toll rebate will be covered by the highway operators themselve, it is not the case. It is actually covered by the Rakyat that inlcudes those who may not even using the highway before (Sabah and Sarawak especially). Pity those rakyat who pay the tax buta-buta for nothing.......
