Petronas Money is meant for future investment, not to save government

尽管2010财政年的盈利表现逊色，但是，国家石油还是决定动用现金储备，来维持派发给政府的马币300亿元股息。

Why Petronas still need to pay so much of royalty and tax to Government when the company is not making that much of money? Part of the "CSR" to the Government to save the country (or BN)? Or Najib's administration asking Petronas by hook or by crook still need to pay the money as this has been part of the 2010 budget tabled by Najib?

If the "leaking" from the projects can be stopped or reduced, then Malaysia by now should become a rich nation. Not a nation that looking for money from every possible means from Rakyat.......
