The previouly supported successor (Najib) for the post of PM now is being rejected by himself, TDM. So if Pak Lah and Najib are not fit for the post, who will? In fact there is no caliber leaders available in UMNO. Anyway, i don't even wish that Najib to become next PM, such a racist should not be a PM for Malaysian and FYI, Najib was the UMNO Youth Leader in 1987 when the rally broke off. UMNO Youth’s past history which escalated racial tensions in 1987 and created the conditions for the subsequent Operations Lalang Internal Security Act mass arrests.
The former prime minister claimed that Najib was not “brave enough” to directly say anything that was not liked by his boss.
“We see that he is a penakut (coward). He is always saying, ‘yes sir, yes sir, saya sokong, saya sokong (I support, I support).”
