Now Perak Waive The Summonses

Perak also follow the step of Penang to waive all summonses issued by local governments. Pros & Cons. Up to you to judge it. Somehow it will ease the burden of rakyat, some said not fair to those who paid it. No right or wrong here.

News from TheStar:

KUALA KANGSAR: Perak Mentri Besar Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin has announced a waiver for all compound notices and parking summonses issued by local councils in the state up till Monday.

He also pledged to support all federal government projects planned for Perak "that benefit the rakyat".

The announcement comes on the back of a similar move announced by Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng last week.
