此案5名被告是美冷區州議員查馬魯丁、章卡遮令區州議員莫哈末奧斯曼、前中霹靂縣議員烏賽里、祖哈山和法祖；其中查馬魯丁和莫哈末奧斯曼在事發時擔任霹靂州行政議員，2人於去年2月宣佈退出民聯公正黨，聯同退出行動黨的九洞區議員許月鳳，宣佈成為獨立州議員，結果使民聯州政府倒台，國陣重新執政霹靂州。
代表烏賽里的蘇真星週一陳詞時認為，這宗案件原本是策劃提供妓女給案中2名時任行政議員，然後暗中錄影，以便威迫他們跳槽去國陣。
Based on the story, then it was BN who set them up and forced them to jump ship. Now they have jumped and PErak now is under BN. Anyway, those guys will eventually found not guilty. Wait and see. No Money involved? Hard to believe.
