Today is the day. Not America's Independence Day, not the birthday of bridegroom-to-be bachelor as well. It is my independence day. Six months since my knee operation, also means that i am able to donate my blood again.
I think my vein also get used to "no pain" honey moon period of six months. Time to torture the vein again starting this Saturday. I need to start by donating Whole Blood before back to Plasma 3 months later.
FYI, i did my "jogging" at the speed of 6.5 km/hr this week at HUKM's physiotherapy center. 10 minutes of jog seem like 1 hour for me. More training required .......
