I called Astro 1-300-82-3838, and i was holding my phone for 14min 30 second, YET no Customer Service the-so-called-Consultant entertain me. And you know what, according to the "lady voice" who keep on repeating the sentences, "There is currently 3 customer service consultant engaging, they will....bla...bla...bla".
What a Amazing Astro with so many subscribers but only 3 staffs working to pick up phone call!!!

ASTRO has indirectly increase the price of subscription since 16 November 2007.
Al-Jazeera & Bloomberg TV no longer FREE, now are under Mini Package.
To make me farking upside down is what previouly FREE as listed below are now being Charged at RM14.95 & RM9.95 respectively. Of course i do not watch Maharaja. In fact, Astro should reduce the price since it was removed, not charge as different package.
