Water Tariff up 31% 1st April Onward?
Damn thing is happens again. The crony of BN seem will get the green light to increase the water tariff tomorrow onward by 31% even though they have faild to comply all the parameters. With the current tariff of RM1.37/cu.m for flat/apartment/condo users (seem like this group are richer than the bungalow & Semi-D users that only charge with RM0.57/cu.m), we are going to pay almost Rm1.80/cu.m.
Time to change the Federal Government!
Time to change the Federal Government!
PETALING JAYA: The Cabinet will decide tomorrow whether the water distributor concessionaire in Selangor and Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur can raise water tariff by as much as 31% on the same day as provided for in the concession agreements.
民联雪兰莪政府尽管竭力收购和重组雪州的水务公司,无奈这项努力最终落空。而水务公司提高水费近在眉睫,雪州政府因此宣布将通过法律诉讼途径来维护公众利益。

New Season of F1
Brawn GP (formerly known as Honda Team) won Australia F1 with 1-2 finished. So the most stupid dude of F1 will be Honda. They dumped in tonnes of money to develope the car but due to economic crisis, they decided to quit F1 and sold its cars to Brawn. Brawn then get Merz engines and put into the cars, and it worked! Competitors claimed they used the controversy "disffuser" at the car.
This season also see the coming back of slick tyres that was not used for many season due to safty issues. Smaller rear wing and longer front wing, KERS system......and a lot more new features....
This is the first time also i watched F1 races with SC lead the pack to finishing line. For Ferrari, a bad start of the new season.......

15 in Bukit Selambau

Malaysia record created for a small town in Kedah. Everybody try to be elected and hope to become the last EXCO of Kedah. 15 people nominated besides PKR & MIC, the rest either from ex-BN or ex-PR. The balllot paper has to be A4 size and you got to fold many times in order to insert it into the ballot box. What a waste of resources huh? Anyway, i think out of 15, surely more than 10 will lost thier deposit and SPR will laughing to bank again.
Betui-betui Gila Kuasa .......
Our "New Leader"
So bad for this newly elected VP of UMNO. Bad start for him and the 3 by-election. Time to send him back to school to learn History again.

Earth Hour Malaysia

Tonight at 8.30pm, switch off your light for one hour till 9.30pm to support 60 Earth Hour. An event to create awareness to all people of this earth, to save the world for our future generation.
The world is getting hotter now and you got to take action to reduce the global warming. Kyoto Protocol is expired in 2012 and the world leaders are still negotiating to extend to next phase. Due to human activities, forests are being opened up for development, fossil fuel is combusted in almost every sector, gases that has the global warming potential (GWP) of 21x till few thousand times have released million of tonnes of CO2 equivalent to the atmosphere every year.
As per today, there is a total of 1530 CDM projects registered under UNFCCC. Out of this number, Malaysia has 44 projects which mostly in palm oil related sector (biogas recovery, biomass project for heat and power generation), mini hydro, EFB/biomass composting, energy efficiency projects, fuel swiching, etc.
To give an idea how much you are contributing to global warming just from your house's electricity consumption, refer the info below:
Region - 2007
Peninsular Malaysia - 0.695 tCO2/MWh
Sarawak - 0.861 tCO2/MWh
West of Sabah - 0.788 tCO2/MWh
East of Sabah - 0.800 tCO2/MWh
If you stay in P. Malaysia, for every MWh yo used, you are generating 695 kg of CO2. So next time when you leave your aircond ON when nobody is using that, think twice, as you are releasing the CO2 into the atmosphere........This is just power consumption, not taking into account on the petrol that you are burning everyday!
Think for FUTURE! ACT NOW!

UMNO Election Result
News from The Malaysian Insider:
Two ministers, four MBs crash in supreme council polls
By Shannon Teoh
KUALA LUMPUR, March 26 – The voting for Umno’s 25 Supreme Council seats saw a number of government leaders failing to gain the support of the delegates.
Tourism Minister Datuk Seri Azalina Othman, who is under investigation for graft, joined Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister Datuk Shahrir Samad and Deputy Human Resources Minister Datuk Noraini Ahmad as members of outgoing president Datuk Seri Abdullah Badawi’s Cabinet to fail.
Also ousted were all four Mentris Besar who contested; Johor’s Datuk Abdul Ghani Othman, Perlis’ Datuk Isa Sabu, Pahang’s Datuk Seri Adnan Yaakob and Negri Sembilan’s Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan.
Their consolation is the fact that Mentris Besar and Chief Ministers in Umno are invited to join in Supreme Council meetings anyway.
The result means that incoming president Datuk Seri Najib Razak gets a top team which has his backing, led by deputy president Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin and vice presidents Datuk Seris Ahmad Zahidi, Hishammuddin Hussein and Shafie Apdal.
But delegates picked freely for the Supreme Council, retaining several members of Abdullah’s Cabinet such as Agriculture and Agro-based Industry Minister Datuk Mustapa Mohamed who topped the polls with 2,259 votes and Information Minister Datuk Ahmad Shabery Cheek.
But there were also new faces such as Batu Pahat MP Datuk Puad Zarkashi and a return for former Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation Datuk Seri Jamaluddin Jarjis, who is widely tipped to be part of Najib’s Cabinet.
The winners were:
Datuk Mustapa Mohamed (2,259 votes),
Datuk Noh Omar (2,084),
Datuk Seri Musa Aman (2,084),
Datuk Azian Osman (2,060),
Datuk Zainal Abidin Osman (2,054),
Datuk Mohd Zin Mohamed ( 1,854),
Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob (1,838),
Datuk Lajim Ukin (1,804),
Datuk Shaziman Abu Mansor (1,705),

Datuk Tajuddin Abdul Rahman (1,685),
Datuk Idris Haron (1,658),
Datuk Dr Abdul Latiff Ahmad (1,624),
