He denied it:

and instead blame the foreign gnagster groups:
Meanwhile, Musa disclosed the existence of organised crime in this country involving Taiwanese and Indonesian nationals.

He said Singapore gangsters were also involved in the criminal activities.



But Raja Petra showed the evidence:
One thing that we must take serious note of is that all applicants for Magnum 4D licenses must first be vetted by the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) and only after the Police gives them a clean bill of health will the licences be approved. In other words, no one can get a Magnum 4D license unless the Police say they can.
