As disclosed by PKR few months ago, the toll was fixed at RM 2 and Samy told PKR go to hell due to PKR's announcement. The Un-Smart Tunnel failed to work twice in a week that caused flash flood to KL. Maybe Samy need to see the photo here.
Seem like it is not really safe to drive through the tunnel as well.
THE TOLL rate for the Stormwater Management And Road Tunnel (SMART) has been fixed at RM2 one way effective midnight on June 14, Works Minister Datuk Seri S.Samy Vellu announced today. Samy also said that only cars and taxis would be allowed to SMART in view of the tunnel’s ceiling height

actually its a smart idea and smart project... but the only un-smart are the implemetor and the so called work minister!!
