No need to go and search in your computer hardisc, no need to go through old newspaper's archive, no need to go back to library to look at the history book, and you no need to be an adult to understand this "issue". “第九马来西亚计划”宣布近半年以后，副教育部长诺奥玛（Noh Omar）昨天在国会上受询时揭露：“政府不会在第九马来西亚计划期间增建华小和淡米尔小学，但会拨出马币一亿元供维修校舍与增添设备用途。”
此话终为华社拔开疑云，把所有无谓的弯曲问号给拉直成感叹号。然而，马华公会却在2006年3月31日到9月20日这个?/SPAN>局势不明朗”的期间，享尽“疑点的利益”（Benefit of doubt）。
