Donating blood during Ramadan

Need more support for the blood donation especially during bulan Ramadan when our malay brothers and sisters going for puasa, not advisable to donate blood.

I did my plasma donation for 86th times yesterday at PDN, for the first time in my life of donating blood/plasma, i was interviewed by Harion Metro reporters while they paid a visit to PDN.

If you happen to be freed this Saturday, you may come to South City at Seri Kembangan also for whole blood donation, from 10am - 5pm. The mobile team from PDN will be there... At least try for the first time, the feeling of giving away your blood :)

曇花 (Night-blooming Cereus)

My flower (曇花) finally bloomed yesterday night. I took a series of photos and video as well.

Time to share its beauty to all of you. Most of the photos taken with D3000 + SB600 flash. My son was so excited (of course i am the one who make him get interested to planting and photography).......he took few photos using my D3000. More photos at my FB, click here.

KQ - Swimming

This is the first time my daughter went to pool to swim. At first she a bit reluctant to enter the water, after few minutes of "warming" up, she refused to get out from the water. See, my son even can "back stroke" now, just require more training... kekeke.
